One portal for buying and service
Customers had four front doors and three sign-ins. I designed a single portal where a retail IT buyer orders hardware, opens and tracks service tickets, follows a rollout store by store and pays invoices, along with the architecture to build it.

What it changed
- 01
23 clickable screens, a marketing site and a 19-slide architecture deck, all running on made-up data.
- 02
I scored 4 build options on 8 criteria and recommended a customer data hub with row-level security per account.
- 03
A 4-phase roadmap over about 9 months, where each phase retires one of the old front doors.
