Financial plans, out of the spreadsheet
Advisors kept each client's financial plan in Excel. I replaced it with an app in the CRM that holds goals, recommendations and action items across 7 planning categories, lets advisors add, edit and search in place, and exports a PDF. Plan history moved over from the old workbooks.
