An AI support agent that actually fixes things
Clinic staff chat in from the customer portal, and the agent does the work: corrects claims, checks and places orders, adds users, files contract changes. It hands off to a person only when it has to, with a summary so nobody repeats themselves.

My review tool's live wall: replies arrive, the agent closes one chat on its own, hands another to a person with the reason, and the scoreboard updates.

A finished chat where the agent reads back a claim, removes one dose after the customer confirms, then answers a how-to question with a cited help article.

Daily share of chats the agent closed with no person involved over three months, with 7- and 30-day averages and a volume pane.
What it changed
- 01
About a third of chats now finish with no agent involved, up from 21% the month before, during the busiest season of the year.
- 02
60 prompts live as versioned records, and every release has to pass a 391-test suite before it ships.
- 03
Claim changes are written only after the customer confirms a recap, and every help-center answer cites its article.
