Pay-by-link checkout for parts quotes
Small parts orders used to stall on manual order entry. Now, when a rep emails a quote, the customer gets a secure link to a public checkout page that shows the quote, collects billing, shipping and card details, and authorizes payment through a hosted gateway.

The public checkout page a customer opens from the quote email: account, quote number, contacts, order lines and the amount to authorize.

Billing, shipping and card details, with shipping copied from billing, before the customer reviews the order.

Every field locked for a final check, with the exact amount that will be charged.

What it changed
- 01
Millions of dollars in parts orders paid by card through it, with no manual order entry.
- 02
Each link is encrypted with that day's key and expires after 30 days. Keys rotate on a schedule.
- 03
The amount is recalculated on the server from the quote, a quote can't be paid twice, and card data goes only to the gateway.
