A public rules site that publishes itself
Agents, brokers and the public needed one place to read and search the rules. Compliance staff write and approve each rule as a knowledge article, and publishing puts it live on a public site and rebuilds its PDF and the full rulebook automatically.

The public rules site: every rule section down the left, a keyword search, and a download of the full rulebook as a PDF.

One rule on its own page, with its section open in the menu, the current rule highlighted and a PDF of just that rule.

Typing in the search box lists matching rules right away, with the matched words highlighted.

Full results for one keyword, ranked by relevance, each with its section and a highlighted excerpt.

The fine schedule: warning or automatic fine, time to correct, amount and repeat amounts, with automatic fines tinted red.

The help card on the staff side: how to create a rule, what each key field does, and how to publish now or on a schedule.
What it changed
- 01
170 rules in 22 sections, each with its own PDF, plus a full rulebook PDF rebuilt on every publish.
- 02
Search tries an exact full-text match, then a fuzzy retry, and ranks results by where the words appear.
- 03
Only approvers can validate a rule, a rejection notifies the writer, and every old help-center link still lands on the right rule.
