A 13-step onboarding workspace for new practices
After a deal closes, reps collect everything needed to bring a practice and all its clinics live: billing, EHR, products, dose forecasts, hours, devices, contacts and licenses. I rebuilt it from scratch with less code, then proved it saves exactly what the old version did.

Screens
Rendered from the real code with made-up data.

The workspace with its 13-section list, overall progress, and the practice's details, billing address and statement recipients.

One card per clinic with shipping, licensing and provider details, missing fields flagged and a summary of what is still needed.

A pop-up for one clinic's address, ownership, specialty, billing number, shared space and provider counts, with two required fields still empty.

Providers, billers and office managers listed per clinic, with role coverage and provider counts checked against each clinic's targets.
Adding a contact to a clinic: roles, provider credentials and number, and an option to add the same person to other clinics.
Every section by level with exactly what is still missing, completion counters, and a Submit button that stays off until the required sections are done.
What it changed
- 01
13 sections, 11 required, for practices bringing on one clinic or dozens at once.
- 02
Proven against the old form: both versions ran the same data through every save path and produced matching records, field for field.
- 03
Each section loads in one call and saves only what changed. Submit runs in the background and rolls back cleanly on any error.
