Event operations, from request to closed books
One event request in the CRM becomes a full ERP project: orders, warehouse transfers, scanning on site, the build, returns and a guided closeout. Every step is traceable, and the books land in the event's own month.

Screens
Rendered from the real code with made-up data.

Every packing event with its date, status, value still at the site, open issues and next step, under four summary tiles.

An event opened up: key facts, two issues with what to do about each, the full transaction chain and the stock and lots still at the site.
A worksheet for an event past its date: receipts flagged as posted too late, a fix button, guided steps, a locked posting date and component coverage.

The closeout step: checklist, warehouse returns, leftover site stock to write off, and a typed confirmation before it posts.

How many more meals each recipe can fit by a chosen date, which ingredient limits it, and projected stock per item by month.

One item opened to show a stock chart that dips below zero, with the event shipment that causes it and the purchase order that refills it.

A tablet page for the warehouse: every order for one event with the photos taken when stock shipped and when it arrived.
What it changed
- 01
300+ events created automatically, each with its own sales order, work order and transfers numbered from the event.
- 02
The Project Hub runs 18 issue checks across every project and reconciled stock left at sites down to the cent.
- 03
Closeout zeroes each site, needs a reason for every loss, and asks for a typed confirmation before it posts.
