Special orders, confirmed by email every morning
Clinics place special orders that the order team reviews by hand. Every morning, two scheduled jobs collect the new and changed orders, group each order's lines, and email the clinic: once when the order is received, and again when doses are approved, changed or cancelled.

What it changed
- 01
About 4,000 special orders from 2,200+ clinics a month get a confirmation, and an update when anything changes.
- 02
Each email lists every product with the doses requested and approved, its status and any cancellation reason.
- 03
The jobs work through orders 25 at a time and mark each one as sent, so no clinic gets the same email twice.
